Search Inside Yourself

Now you can enjoy the #1 most popular training program developed at Google

Search Inside Yourself was born at Google from one engineer’s dream to change the world.

It began in 2007 when veteran engineer Chade-Meng Tan assembled leading experts in mindfulness, neuroscience and emotional intelligence to develop an internal course for his fellow Googlers. It quickly became the company’s most popular training program.

Interest outside Google was so great that the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) was established in 2012 as an independent nonprofit organization. Since then, Search Inside Yourself has become a globally recognized program and SIYLI continues to work with Google, as well as other corporate, nonprofit and government organizations around the world.

Introducing SIY in India

It was May 2016, when the first correspondences began between SIYLI and Thank You, India. Over the next one year, there were initial webinars and discussions with various leaders.

Together, SIYLI & Thank You, India also ran a small Wisdom Survey during December 2016. Where 100+ participants responded on challenges, tools, ancient wisdom and science.

Thereafter, an open SIY introductory webinar was hosted by Thank You, India. In association with IIM-A Alumni Association-Mumbai, IIT-D Alumni Association Mumbai, FICCI & YourStory. All these were towards learning more about the Indian context and developing the program for Indian needs.

It was the month of Feb 2017. Thank You, India met with India Today Group. A few minutes into the conversation, both of them decided to collaborate on interesting social experiments and science-based programs for the Indian audience. Thank You, India and India Today Group are extremely glad to bring home this sincerely crafted program for wide ranging benefits and change across demographics and issues.
